Lymphatic Drainage
Until recently, The Lymphatic System was considered to be a part of the Circulatory System. Within the last few years, the health community has begun to separate this unique system and to finally give it the attention it deserves. Sine the Lymphatic System does not have a dedicated "engine" to move the fluids out of the body, like the heart, it relies on the daily movement of the body to make it flow properly. Due to many different circumstances, the flow can be slowed or even interrupted. This slow-down can result in swelling, aching, sickness or many other unpleasant symptoms.

It is our job to coax the lymph fluid into the body's well designed elimination system. We have the knowledge to safely help you move your lymph fluid to the drainage spaces that usually remove our cell wastes. Because some clients may not be healthy enough in other systems, it is necessary for us to have a quick chat about whether lymphatic therapy is right for your body. Let us help keep you moving comfortably.

Pre-Surgery and Post-Surgery Massage
There is no way to sugar-coat it. Surgery is very hard on your body. It effects every single system in your body. Lucky for you, we have extensive knowledge of all of the body systems. We are aware that massage can keep them at their healthiest as you prepare for surgery. We can send you in on surgery day at your best with your tissues relaxed and ready to fight the adverse effects of anesthesia and surgery.

After your surgery is complete and you have started down the road toward recovery, we are able to join you on that journey as soon as a few days after you come home. We can work on the parts of your body that were not directly impacted and slowly work our way toward scar massage and connective tissue flexibility. There are always ways to use massage to help you relax and release tension while you recuperate. Let us be part of your Post-Surgery Care Team. We are happy to work with your medical professionals so that you get the best experience available.

Sound Therapy
For centuries, humans have harnessed the power of sound frequencies and rhythms to relax and rejuvenate. From the drums and flutes of Native American traditions to modern crystal singing bowls made from crystal silica, sound therapy has taken many forms, offering profound relaxation and aiding in healing.

Today, sound therapy is increasingly recognized for its medical benefits. The body responds to the rich vibrations by aligning cells to their optimal state, promoting balance and health. Beyond enhancing well-being during medical treatments, sound therapy engages the body at a cellular level, fostering harmony and resilience.

We proudly offer private and group sound therapy sessions featuring a set of crystal singing bowls. Sound immersion, also known as "sound baths," is a powerful way to relax and connect with your natural rhythms. We are continually enhancing this experience by incorporating additional instruments, so be sure to check back for updates.

If you're curious about this therapy, we’d be delighted to provide a short sound bath at the end of your massage session—just let us know. Embrace this ancient practice, rediscover your ancestral roots, and let the good vibrations guide you to a state of relaxation and balance.

Reiki Offering
Reiki is a powerful yet subtle practice that works with the universal life force energy present in all living and non-living things. This energy, often referred to as "life force" or "God energy," can be directed to areas of the body, relationships, or even animals in need of extra care and love. Reiki transcends distance and is rooted in intention, serving as a focused tool to promote balance, healing, and harmony.

Much like the practice of visualization or manifestation, Reiki channels energy with the intention of fostering health and order. It acts as a prayer or request for divine support, bringing focused attention to a specific situation or need. This approach has found a place in hospitals worldwide, where Reiki practitioners assist patients in managing pain and recovering more effectively. Importantly, Reiki is accessible to all and is not tied to any particular religion.

With a Level II Reiki certification, we offer this transformative energy to those who seek it. Sessions can be conducted in person or as distance Reiki, provided the recipient is open and receptive to the loving energy. Reiki cannot be offered to those who are unaware or have not given their permission to receive it.

If you or someone you know could benefit from the focused love and intention of Reiki, we would be honored to help. Sessions are available with a one-hour minimum and are designed to support relaxation, healing, and overall well-being.
